These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of whisk360.com and the public pages, content and contact features available through it. By accessing or using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
The website provides information about Whisk360, its platform, deployment approaches, capabilities, resources and ways to contact the company. These Terms apply only to the public website. They do not replace or modify a software license, subscription, order, support agreement, data-processing agreement, service agreement or other contract governing a Whisk360 product or customer relationship.
You may use the website for lawful informational and legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for information you submit and for complying with laws that apply to your use.
We work to keep public information useful and current, but website content is general information rather than a customer-specific commitment. Product capabilities, packaging, integrations, availability and deployment options may vary by release, configuration, deployment and applicable agreement. A statement on the public website does not by itself create a service level, warranty, entitlement or obligation to provide a particular configuration. Purchased products and services are governed by the agreements and ordering documents that apply to that purchase.
The Whisk360 name, marks, branding, software descriptions, website design, text, graphics and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted by law or in writing, use of the website does not grant a license to reproduce, modify, distribute, commercialize or create derivative works from protected Whisk360 materials.

A link, reference or description does not make a third party's terms part of these Terms or create a Whisk360 warranty regarding that third party unless an applicable written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Any liability allocation governing purchased Whisk360 products or services is determined by the agreement applicable to those products or services, not by these Website Terms.
We may update these Terms when the website, our practices or applicable requirements change. The version displayed on this page governs website use from the time it is published. When a change is material to how people use the website, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Changes to a separate customer contract are governed by that contract.
