Whisk360
Privacy
A plain-language explanation of how whisk360.com approaches cookies, browser storage, tracking and similar website technologies.
Current approach
The public site is designed to operate without optional analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies in Whisk360 application code.
Necessary technologies
Hosting, security, delivery and user-requested functionality may require limited storage or access technologies.
Inquiry attribution
Limited page, referral and campaign context may be attached to a submitted inquiry without relying on optional tracking cookies.
Your control
If an optional technology requires consent or an opt-out under applicable law, Whisk360 will provide the corresponding control.
This Cookie Notice explains the use of cookies, browser storage, pixels, tags and similar storage or access technologies on the public whisk360.com website. It does not govern technologies used inside licensed or hosted Whisk360 customer deployments, which have separate product, deployment and customer-data terms.
The public website is designed to operate without optional analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies in Whisk360 application code. The site may still rely on technologies that are reasonably necessary for hosting, security, request delivery, abuse prevention or functionality requested by the visitor. If the production website introduces optional storage or access technologies, this Notice and any required consent or opt-out controls will be updated before those technologies are used where applicable law requires it.
Some storage or access technologies may be necessary to provide a requested feature, deliver the website, maintain security, route traffic, prevent abuse or preserve a user-requested setting. These technologies are not used merely to build advertising profiles. Whether a technology qualifies as necessary depends on what it does and the law that applies.
When you submit a website inquiry, Whisk360 may associate limited page, referral and campaign information with that submission so we can understand how the inquiry reached us. The current contact workflow captures this information as part of the inquiry itself rather than relying on optional advertising or analytics cookies. Referrer information is minimized before it is forwarded to the first-party sales workflow.
Whisk360 does not treat analytics as automatically necessary simply because measurement is useful. If optional analytics or audience-measurement technologies are introduced, we will identify what they do, who provides them, what information they access or store, and what choice is available before relying on them in a jurisdiction where consent or another control is required.
The public website is not currently designed around behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. If Whisk360 later introduces advertising, retargeting, social-media tracking or comparable technologies, the applicable disclosures and user controls will be implemented based on the actual technology and legal requirements rather than treating continued browsing as blanket consent.
Website hosting, content delivery, security and other infrastructure providers may process request information or use technologies necessary to provide their services. Whisk360 evaluates production providers and website integrations against the public-site trust boundary. A third-party service that introduces optional storage, tracking or profiling would require corresponding disclosure and, where applicable, consent or opt-out controls.
Where a storage or access technology requires consent or an opt-out right under applicable law, Whisk360 will provide an appropriate website control for the technology actually in use. Browser settings can also allow you to block or delete cookies and stored data, although browser controls do not replace a legally required website choice. Blocking technologies that are strictly necessary may affect requested website functionality.
We review this Notice when website technology, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and last-updated date are published on this page. Material changes to optional tracking or storage practices will be reflected here and accompanied by any additional notice or choice required by applicable law.
Questions about cookies, browser storage or other technologies used on the public website can be submitted through the Whisk360 contact page. Please identify the request as privacy-related. Questions about technologies used inside a customer deployment should follow the process established for that deployment or customer agreement.
