Applicable privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. Eligible requests are evaluated and verified under the law that applies.
This Privacy Policy explains how Whisk360 handles personal information associated with the public whisk360.com website and inquiries submitted directly through it. It does not govern customer data processed inside a licensed or hosted Whisk360 deployment. Customer and product data practices are governed by the agreements, documentation and data-processing terms applicable to that deployment.
We collect information you choose to provide when you contact Whisk360 or submit a website inquiry. Depending on the form or conversation, this may include your name, business email address, organization, telephone number, areas of interest and message content. Please do not send sensitive personal information through a general contact or sales form unless Whisk360 specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.
When you use the public website, systems used to deliver and protect it may process limited technical information such as request details, IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and security signals. When you submit an inquiry, Whisk360 may also associate the originating page, a minimized referrer and campaign parameters with that inquiry to understand how it reached us. Cookies, browser storage and similar technologies are addressed in the Cookie Notice.
Website information generally comes directly from you when you submit an inquiry and automatically from your browser or device when it communicates with the website. Information associated with an inquiry may also include campaign or referral information supplied through the link that brought you to the site. This Policy does not imply that Whisk360 purchases consumer profiles or operates as a data broker.
We use website information for defined business, operational, security and legal purposes.
Whisk360 may disclose website information to infrastructure, communications and other service providers that support the website and related business processes, subject to the functions they perform. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or complete an authorized corporate transaction. We do not describe a disclosure as a sale unless the actual practice and applicable law require that characterization.
The public website may use technologies needed to deliver, secure and operate the site and may use limited attribution associated with submitted inquiries. The Cookie Notice explains the website's approach to cookies, browser storage, measurement and third-party technologies. Where applicable law requires a consent or opt-out choice for a technology actually in use, Whisk360 will provide the corresponding control.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to and managing an inquiry, maintaining business records, protecting the website, resolving disputes and satisfying applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and context; information that is no longer reasonably needed is deleted, de-identified or otherwise handled according to applicable requirements and operational needs.
Whisk360 uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect website information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration or loss. Safeguards are selected in light of the nature of the website and information involved. No Internet transmission, storage system or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights concerning personal information about you, such as requesting access, correction or deletion, obtaining information about certain disclosures, objecting to or restricting certain processing, or opting out of practices covered by applicable privacy law. Whisk360 will evaluate eligible requests under the law that applies and may take reasonable steps to verify the requester before acting.
Some U.S. state privacy laws provide qualifying residents with additional rights and require particular disclosures when a business meets the law's applicability thresholds. Where such a law applies to Whisk360 and to a particular request or practice, Whisk360 will honor the applicable rights, including non-discrimination protections. This Policy does not claim that a statutory regime applies when its legal thresholds or scope are not met.
Privacy requirements differ by jurisdiction. If a law applicable to Whisk360 requires additional information about a lawful basis, international transfer, regulator, objection or other privacy right, Whisk360 will provide and honor that information and right as required. The public website is not intended to convert customer deployment data into website data; product and customer processing remains governed separately.
The public Whisk360 website is a business and product-information website and is not directed to children. Whisk360 does not intentionally use the public website to solicit personal information from children. If we learn that information was submitted by a child in circumstances requiring deletion or other action under applicable law, we will address it accordingly.
The website may link to independently operated sites or services. Their operators determine their own privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not govern information you provide directly to them. Review the privacy information provided by a third party before submitting personal information to that service.
We review this Privacy Policy as website practices and applicable requirements evolve. We may update it to reflect material changes in information practices, providers, features or law. The current version and its last-updated date are published on this page. If a change materially affects how previously collected personal information is used, Whisk360 will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required rather than relying on a hidden retroactive change.
Questions about this Privacy Policy and requests concerning personal information associated with the public website can be submitted through the Whisk360 contact page. Please identify the request as privacy-related and provide enough information for us to understand and, where appropriate, verify it. Customer deployment and product-data requests should use the process established by the applicable customer agreement or deployment administrator.
