Tell us about your bakery
You do not need to know which Whisk360 product, module or deployment you need before contacting us. Tell us what happens today: where custom-order details are copied, where production loses visibility, where inventory becomes difficult to trust, where customer handoffs become manual, or where growth is making the business harder to understand.
What we want to understand
Tell us how customers place orders, how custom details are recorded, how work reaches bakers and decorators, how ingredients and packaging are received and counted, how employees know what they are responsible for, and what happens when an order is finally picked up or delivered.
We will use that workflow to identify where Whisk360 can help and where it may not be necessary. The goal of the first conversation is not to force every feature into your business. It is to understand the operation well enough to recommend a practical starting point.
If you are planning another storefront, a central production kitchen or a larger organization, we can also discuss how locations, workforce controls, integrations, reporting, hardware and administrative governance would change as the business grows.
We review what you shared before the conversation so we can spend less time collecting basic information and more time understanding the difficult parts of the workflow.
From there, we can walk through the relevant parts of Whisk360 in the context of your bakery, discuss deployment and integration considerations, and identify questions that need a deeper technical or operational answer. If Whisk360 is more than you need—or a particular capability is not the right fit—we should be able to say that plainly.
Your name and work email are enough to begin. The optional questions simply give us more context before we talk.
