Accessibility
Whisk360 designs and maintains the public website with practical access across keyboard, touch, responsive layouts and assistive-technology use in mind.
Applies to
The public whisk360.com website. Product and customer-deployment accessibility is evaluated separately.
Current approach
Keyboard, touch, responsive reflow, visible focus, reduced motion, forced colors and semantic structure are treated as shared quality requirements.
Conformance
No unsupported formal WCAG conformance level, certification or third-party accessibility attestation is claimed.
Report a barrier
Use the Whisk360 contact page with the affected page or feature and a description of the accessibility problem.
This Accessibility Statement describes the public whisk360.com website. It does not make a conformance claim for licensed, hosted or customer-managed Whisk360 applications, which have their own product requirements, interfaces and evaluation scope.
Whisk360 treats accessibility as a continuing website quality requirement rather than a one-time certification exercise. Design and engineering decisions consider keyboard access, touch interaction, assistive technologies, responsive layouts, readable content, reduced-motion preferences and high-contrast or forced-colors environments.
The public website currently includes accessibility-oriented patterns in shared navigation, content, forms and interactive regions.
Accessibility is included in the website's automated source-level validation and release acceptance process. Automated checks do not replace real-browser or assistive-technology review, so representative keyboard, touch, reduced-motion, forced-colors and screen-size checks remain part of release acceptance. Issues found through testing or feedback are prioritized according to their effect on access to information or functionality.
This statement does not claim a formal WCAG conformance level, accessibility certification or third-party attestation that has not been established by completed evaluation evidence. A future formal conformance statement should identify its evaluation scope, standard and version, testing method, date and any known exceptions rather than relying on a broad unsupported claim.
Links or independently operated services can have accessibility characteristics outside Whisk360's direct control. Where practical, the public website avoids making third-party content the only path to essential Whisk360 information and considers accessibility when selecting services that become part of an important visitor workflow.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on whisk360.com, use the Whisk360 contact page and identify the affected page or feature, what you were trying to do and the barrier you encountered. You may also request an accessible alternative for essential website information. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed to understand the accessibility issue.
Accessibility feedback is reviewed as a website-quality issue. Whisk360 may request enough information to reproduce the problem, evaluate an alternative path and prioritize remediation. Where an immediate technical fix is not practical, the goal is to provide a reasonable accessible alternative for essential public website information or interactions when feasible.
This statement may be updated when website components, testing practices, recognized accessibility guidance or verified conformance evidence changes. Material conformance or certification language will be added only when supported by the corresponding evaluation evidence.
